when he operated as boss of hapless Joe, then:
1) are all of Barack Obama acts void?
2) all those no-longer-valid federal judges appointed 2008 - 2016, and 2020 - 2024, would they now be considered enemy combatants
under any plausible legal construction?
My simple actuary view sees that the DC judges are performing acts outside the scope Alexander Hamilton says they have - Federalist Papers.
But the judges’ decisions are also fruit of the poisoned Barack Obama - Xi Jinping tree.
Their acts are hence not protected by the color of judge, and hence their decisions on any case they heard are not valid.
Misprision raises its ugly head if their families profited by the judges’ acts.
